Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Outpatient ENT

Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

Stanford Health Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) team. This full-time role supports two ENT physicians while managing an independent, comprehensive ENT practice across our Redwood City and Palo Alto clinics. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour days. The APP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of outpatient ENT conditions, including new patient visits, return visits, and pre- and post-operative care. The role also includes performing clinic-based ENT procedures within the provider's scope of practice. The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience in ENT or a related specialty. Candidates should demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to practice independently in a fast-paced academic outpatient environment.

Education Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate of an NP program accredited by the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

Licenses and Certifications

• NursingRN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure and
• NP - Nurse Practitioner and
• NPF - NP Furnishing Number and
• BLS - Basic Life Support and

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $89.01 - $117.94 per hour
