Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads and coordinates the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for the Enterprise. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates; ensuring compliance with Tribal Preference provisions, gaming regulatory requirements, and organizational hiring policies; supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process; and developing workforce attraction initiatives that strengthen the organization's employer brand and talent pipeline.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a trusted recruitment partner and ambassador for the organization. This position requires an outgoing, approachable, and engaging professional who is comfortable building relationships, networking within Tribal and non-Tribal communities, promoting employment opportunities, and creating a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and three (3) years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience; OR
• High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, including at least two (2) years in a recruitment-focused role.
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to effectively present information to applicants, managers, and organizational leaders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Conditions

• Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment.
• May require travel to recruiting events, job fairs, educational institutions, and organization facilities.
• May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work for recruitment activities.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during recruiting events and daily work activities.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the organization's insurance carrier guidelines.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission and any other applicable laws.
