Welder Position at BaRupOn LLCBaRupOn LLC is hiring 10 experienced welders to perform structural and industrial welding for construction and installation activities.Position SummaryThe welder will perform structural steel and industrial welding operations in support of facility construction and mechanical installations. This role requires experience working in construction environments, interpreting blueprints, and performing high-quality welds in accordance with industry codes and safety regulations.Welders must comply with OSHA construction safety requirements and industry welding standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding on structural steel, fabrication components, and piping systemsInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbolsExecute welding using approved procedures and industry standardsOperate welding equipment such as SMAW (Stick Welding), MIG / GMAW, TIG / GTAW, FCAWInspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality complianceMaintain welding equipment and tools in safe working conditionFollow OSHA safety protocols and job site safety proceduresCoordinate with supervisors, engineers, and construction teamsMaintain clean and organized work areasSupport installation of structural components during project constructionRequired QualificationsExperienceMinimum 2 years of professional welding experienceExperience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projectsProven experience with structural steel weldingTechnical SkillsAbility to read blueprints, welding diagrams, and technical drawingsKnowledge of welding techniques and metal fabricationExperience performing welds in multiple positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead)CertificationsCandidates must meet or be able to obtain:OSHA Construction Safety CertificationAWS Certified Welder (CW) or ability to pass a welding qualification testSafety ComplianceKnowledge of OSHA welding and hot work safety regulationsAbility to properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Preferred QualificationsAWS D1.1 Structural Welding CertificationExperience with pipe welding or industrial piping systemsExperience on large-scale industrial or energy infrastructure projectsForklift, rigging, or heavy equipment familiarityPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs or moreAbility to work outdoors in construction environmentsAbility to work at heights or confined spaces when requiredStanding, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periodsWork EnvironmentWork will take place at a large-scale industrial construction site in Liberty.
