Quality Compliance Assurance Manager

Job Summary (List Format) Quality Compliance Assurance Manager
- Oversee and enhance service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency in international logistics and freight forwarding.
- Review, recommend, and implement process improvements for freight forwarding and import/export operations.
- Ensure company adherence to customs, trade, and industry regulations (C-TPAT, ISF, TSA, FMC, AES, etc.).
- Develop and maintain SOPs, compliance procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits, performance evaluations, and process reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
- Train and support operations teams and staff on compliance, quality, and best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams (sales, operations, customer service) to support multinational accounts.
- Analyze service metrics, customer feedback, and operational trends to recommend logistics solutions.
- Support integration and process improvement initiatives for global customers.
- Resolve service issues and ensure compliance for customer accounts by coordinating with internal teams.
- Track and report on service performance metrics for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for compliance, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
