Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions with both partners and family members, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts, and adjustment challenges. \n
- Establishing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships while utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Monitoring client progress and modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Participating in clinical team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and collaborate on patient care. \n
- Providing education and resources to clients and families regarding mental health issues and coping strategies. \n
- Documenting client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, complying with all legal and ethical standards. \n
Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various challenges. You will provide support for issues such as:

- Physical and psychological abuse \n
- Grief and loss \n
- Inter-family conflicts and blended family dynamics \n
- Adjustment to separation and divorce \n
- Mother/daughter and sibling conflicts \n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

- Be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) holding an active state license. \n
- Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field. \n
