Automotive Tire Technician

Job Description
You will be responsible for inspecting and repairing tires on client vehicles, performing routine maintenance such as tire rotations and balancing, and installing new tires and wheels when necessary. Your role involves diagnostic assessments, engine and vehicle repairs, while strictly following all safety protocols within the shop. You will work both independently and as part of a team, occasionally traveling to job sites for emergency tire services and customer consultations. Advanced diagnostic equipment will be used regularly.
Responsibilities
- Inspect tires and assess condition
- Perform tire repairs and replacements
- Conduct tire rotations and wheel balancing
- Carry out vehicle and engine repairs as needed
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment for assessments
- Provide emergency tire services and customer consultations
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate in a team environment and work independently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in tire servicing
- Valid Texas Driver's License with no accidents or incidents in the last 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in tire inspection, repair, and installation
- Skilled in wheel balancing and tire rotation
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent active listening and self-motivation skills
