Looking for an organized, positive individual to join our team and lead our front desk associates.
Provide guests excellent customer service with a seamless experience.
Manage front desk agents and night auditors.
Respond to guest reviews.
Accounts Receivable.
Maintain Guest Ledger.
Market inventory, ordering and stocking.
Bending, lifting and standing for long periods of time.
Help all departments as needed.
Must be available to cover shifts at the front desk for call outs, including night audit as needed.
Mid to late shift and weekend availability required.
Experience 1 - 2 years as a front desk supervisor.
