DSPs/Residential Associates

Immediate full and part-time Residential Associate positions are available supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) at our group homes in Spring Hill and Brooksville. Afternoon, overnight and/or weekend shifts available. Current pay is $15 per hour.The Arc Nature Coast is a non-profit organization that provides individually tailored quality supports and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and their families, to promote their self-determination and inclusion in community life throughout their lifetime.You will support our customers with IDD in a small, home-like residential setting. Support includes coaching in socialization, personal hygiene, homemaking, daily living skills and other individual goals.Your work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) will make a difference in someone's life. The life skills training and supervision you provide will assist customers who have physical, intellectual or behavioral challenges in meeting their goals for personal growth and independence both in their homes and in the community.Is this the right career choice for you?
