Ferry Terminal Guest Experience Agent

Hornblower Group seeks Guest Service Agents to serve on-terminal at multiple water-front locations, selling ferry tickets and assisting passengers with questions and purchases. You will manage queues, promote mobile ticketing, and act as a friendly ambassador for the ferry experience. Based at Ceiba, Vieques, and Culebra waterfronts, the role requires standing outdoors in all weather.
