We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects, overseeing medium to large teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires frequent domestic travel and occasional local travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will be proficient with standard project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet to efficiently plan, track, and report on project progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope and objectives
• Allocate resources effectively across teams of 6-15+ members
• Manage project budgets and control costs
• Identify and assess project risks
• Coordinate team activities to ensure collaboration and timely delivery
• Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project phases
• Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays
• Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports
• Manage project timelines to meet deadlines
