- Shift: Full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shifts
- Experience: Must be at least board eligible
- Certifications: Licensure required (status to be verified)
- Compensation: $115.00/hour
- Employment Type: Contract/Federal Facility
- Competitive hourly rate: $115.00/hr
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- 24/7 dedicated support team to assist throughout your assignment
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for inmates
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Perform routine mental health rounds in confined areas
- Provide crisis intervention and mental health counseling
- Document findings in accordance with facility procedures
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate inmate care
- Current licensure or eligibility for license in Tennessee or relevant state
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy
- Knowledge of correctional mental health treatment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
