Machine Operators – Day Shift – Kennesaw, GA 1 day ago – Be among the first 25 applicants I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for Machine Operators in Kennesaw, GA. Job Responsibilities Machine parts to specs using machine tools such as lathes, shapers or grinders. Knowledge of measuring tools to include calipers, gauges, etc., is required. Responsible for proper set‑up of machine tools and materials into the machines, as needed. Measure, examine and test completed units for defects using tools. Study and sample parts based on schematics, blueprints, etc. Essential Job Functions Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day. Must be able to position oneself to access equipment, as needed. Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel‑toed boots. Sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled. May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces. Schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with overtime and weekends as needed.
