This hands on leadership role owns the AWS and Kubernetes-based infrastructure powering their agentic platform, spanning cloud architecture, reliability, developer experience, security, and compliance. *This role is hybrid 2x a week in downtown Atlanta* This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the Platform Engineering function from scratch; starting at roughly 60% hands-on engineering and 40% leadership, with the runway to grow the team as the company scales. You'll partner closely with Application Engineering, AI Engineering, Security, and Product teams, and your architecture decisions will directly shape the reliability and scalability of AI infrastructure supporting thousands of security decisions a day.
