Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our client's team.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing technology initiatives that support organizational goals and strengthen business systems. This role manages projects from concept through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager partners with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate resources, manage risks, and deliver effective technology solutions that drive efficiency, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects on time and within budget.
• Serving as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Ensuring alignment with IT infrastructure, security, and business priorities.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings and communicating project progress clearly.
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Supporting post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
• Promoting continuous improvement and adoption of effective project management tools.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT or technology-driven environments

Preferred:

• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional technology projects
• Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and enterprise systems
• 5+ years' experience in quality management
