Charge Nurse

Overview Seeking a PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical staff and manage patient care in a fast-paced surgical and procedural environment. Responsibilities Coordinate patient flow, staff assignments, and ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary liaison with physicians, staff, patients, and families. Oversee daily operations, resource management, and support clinical teams. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 2 years' RN experience in the relevant area or demonstrated competency. 6 months in a Relief Charge RN or leadership role. Valid California RN license and BLS certification required.
