This candidate will serve as the hands-on technical support resource for branch locations and off-site facilities, ensuring technology systems remain operational and efficient. The ideal candidate will have strong macOS and Jamf experience, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues. This role involves supporting end users, maintaining IT assets, performing technology deployments and upgrades, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and helping drive a seamless technology experience across the organization. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving technical challenges, and are comfortable traveling between locations will be highly successful in this position.Day-to-Day: • Provide onsite technical support to branch and remote locations • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related technologies • Support macOS devices and manage endpoints through Jamf • Perform equipment installations, relocations, adds, and changes • Support telephone systems, network devices, and multiple service platforms • Conduct preventative maintenance, updates, security patching, and hardware replacements • Escalate and collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors on complex issues • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and configurations • Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects • Educate end users on technology best practices and system usage • Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and operational policies • Support business continuity through responsive onsite and remote supportThis role is a 6-12 month contract to hire. Please note that the expected conversion salary is between $69,000-$86,000/yr. Salary is based on a variety of factors and is subject to change.
