AV Taxi Rides is currently hiring a Communications Assistant for an immediate start opportunity in West Hollywood. This position supports daily communication efforts, customer coordination, and administrative operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with customer communication via phone and email
- Respond to transportation service inquiries professionally
- Help maintain accurate communication and scheduling records
- Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams
- Assist with preparing internal updates and customer information
- Perform general office support tasks as assigned
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
$19 – $29 per hour
