What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored gutter solutions
• Deliver professional estimates within 24 hours using our proven pricing system
• Educate customers on our premium products and services to ensure informed decisions
• Build strong client relationships and follow up on all bids to close deals effectively
• Maintain a closing rate of at least 40% while targeting high-value opportunities
• Leverage networking, marketing, and CRM tools to generate and track leads
• Set and achieve sales goals for revenue, closing rates, and gross profit

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Tech-savvy, with CRM experience preferred
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
