Digital Sales Performance Manager

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Digital Sales Performance Manager for Burnsville Mazda. In this role, you’ll own digital sales strategy, driving online lead generation, response, and conversion in a fast-paced, one-price retail environment. You will optimize CRM use, lead routing, and follow-up processes while partnering closely with marketing on campaigns and merchandising. You’ll coach sales teams on digital best practices, track and report KPIs, and champion Walser’s customer-first, transparent culture to grow sales and customer loyalty.
