Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Evening Shifts | 4x10 or 3x12 | Includes weekends, call, and rotation to nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients in a high-volume operating room environment
• Work rotating day and evening shifts on either a 4x10 or 3x12 schedule, including weekends and on-call assignments
• Participate in a rotation of approximately 2 weeks of night shifts per contract period
• When scheduled for weekend shifts on a 4x10 schedule, expect 12-hour shifts with adjusted shorter shifts during that same week to meet contracted hours
• Fulfill short call obligations — at least 2 short calls expected per 4-week schedule block
• Maintain compliance with all facility protocols, surgical safety standards, and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid and in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience in an Operating Room or perioperative setting
• Ability to work a variable rotating schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and call
• Must meet traveler eligibility requirements for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an OR or surgical services setting
• Familiarity with a wide range of surgical specialties and procedures
• Experience with scrub and/or circulating roles in a high-acuity environment
