Warehouse Assistant

Star City IBA | Kentwood, MI

Position Summary

The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting our warehouse operations and ensuring products are received, stored, organized, and distributed accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to maintain inventory, prepare orders, and support day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations.

What You'll Do

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries
• Stock and organize inventory within warehouse facilities
• Prepare products for route deliveries and customer needs
• Monitor inventory to help prevent outdated or expired products
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse spaces
• Support farm and field operations when required

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive team-first attitude
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Desire to help others succeed and contribute to a strong workplace culture
• Agricultural, warehouse, or inventory experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to routinely lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move product drums, barrels, and inventory throughout the warehouse
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
