Position Overview

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, ensuring each step is communicated with warmth and clarity
• Work closely with radiologists and referring doctors to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Document all procedures accurately and maintain organized patient records within our electronic medical system
• Keep informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education and Certifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
