Duration: 04 months with possible extension Job Description: The IMS Technician will be responsible for assisting the Senior IMS Analyst with day-to-day activities supporting the Newton Cable Plant. Key Responsibilities Interact with customer to gather and define system/solution requirements Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IMS devices, printers, scan guns, servers, etc. Review and update document repository in SharePoint for AI enablement Troubleshoot hardware and software problems that may have a significant impact on the business Support IMS projects Experience 2+ years experience in an IT support role, including experience supporting hardware and software components Required Skills Understanding of server and network infrastructure Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and OneNote Cybersecurity mindset Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and management Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Education 2-year degree in computer science or related field About US Tech Solutions US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
