ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

About the Role We are looking for passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to assist young children affected by autism. The role requires working Monday‑Friday 3:00 pm‑7:00 pm, part‑time but with a potential to make a full‑time impact in a child’s life. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred. RBT certification is preferred but not required; we provide training and support to obtain RBT and ultimately BCBA credentials. Responsibilities Work directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills. Deliver behavior‑based sessions that are engaging and fun, using play‑based activities. Apply ABA treatment techniques consistently during each session. Collaborate with supervising BCBA and other team members to progress client goals. Qualifications Minimum of a high‑school diploma; college coursework a plus. Love and passion for working with children. Interest in continuous learning and professional growth. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Web‑enabled device (laptop or tablet). At least three weekdays of consistent availability. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to work with children and families. Compensation

• 25.00 per hour for entry‑level technicians without RBT certification.
• 27.00–$29.00 per hour based on experience and RBT certification.

Physical Demands Working in natural environments may require lifting or moving approximately 50 lbs and maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
