Responsibilities
- Build and lead a new Endocrinology service line

Compensation
- $350,000 guaranteed salary + bonus potential
- $350K guaranteed (Year 1)
- Sign-on: xihmbke $50K
- Relocation: $15K
- Quality bonus + long-term earning potential
