As a Customer Service Representative with Will Rogers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
