About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, providing ABA therapy in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team of experienced behavior analysts to develop and implement customized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs and goals. Your enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to helping others will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, promoting social, behavioral, and emotional growth
• Carry out established treatment plans, using evidence-based strategies to support client progress
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with behavior analysts to modify treatment plans, as needed, to address changing client needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, adhering to Alight Behavioral Therapy's high standards for quality care
