Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $135,000 - $145,000 DOE + production bonus
• Production compensation average: $160,000 - $200,000
• Sign-on/ relocation bonus available

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: Passion for Primary Care
• Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
• Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed PA
• BE/BC

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
