Medical Receptionist Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical office setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in handling insurance verifications (primary and secondary coverage).
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and dependability with positive references.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and at multiple locations; candidates comfortable with Camp Hill location only may be considered.
• Ability to work standard 8-hour shifts with potential for additional hours.
• Open to staggered schedules and working across different sites.

Medical Receptionist Main Responsibilities:

• Register patients, schedule appointments, and update patient information.
• Confirm insurance details and process primary and secondary claims.
• Follow up on patient payments to ensure account accuracy.
• Warmly greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with various front office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support clinic staff and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
