Senior Desktop Support Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Technician to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team.

Responsibilities
The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.
Qualifications
Minimum (Required):
5 Years Experience providing end-user support
5 Years Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
5 Years Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
5 Years Experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
4 Years Experience providing "white-glove" executive level support
4 Years Experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
Preferred (Optional):
5 Years Experience creating technical knowledge articles
5 Years Working in a multi-vendor environment for support environment
4 Years Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
