The Fiber Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber optic cables and systems, performing splicing and testing, and addressing issues related to cabling and connectivity. Their daily tasks will include handling installations, identifying and resolving technical problems, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in adherence to industry standards. Must be experienced. Qualifications Experience working with fiber optic cables and cabling, including installation and maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in optics and connectivity issues. Proficiency in fiber splicing and testing techniques. Understanding of industry safety standards and the safe use of tools and equipment. High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment. Physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting and working in various field conditions. Relevant certifications or training in fiber optics and telecommunications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
