Our Community Our Kids is seeking a Permanency Specialist to provide permanent planning and placement for abused and neglected children. You will work with families, legal parties, and kinship networks to achieve safe, lasting permanency, while recruiting and supporting foster/adoptive homes and ensuring timely documentation. You will also participate in investigations, attend court hearings, and coordinate services across agencies to safeguard the child's welfare and future outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Our Community Our Kids
