Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Endoscopy\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 4x10hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Aug 24, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 4\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Endoscopy/Outpatient Diagnostics position requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience and an OK or compact RN license.Details\n \n Outpatient Diagnostics department within a hospital setting\n Day shift, 4x10 schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)\n Weekend hours may be required as needed by the facility\n On-call requirements apply only to RNs working procedure rooms, involving approximately 2-3 weekday call shifts per month (6:30pm-6am) and weekend call roughly every other month (6am Saturday-6am Monday)\n No float requirements\n Uses EPIC EMR\n Requirements\n \n Active OK state RN license or compact license\n BLS and ACLS certifications required\n Minimum 1 year of recent experience in endoscopy or related specialty\n Endoscopy experience preferred; at minimum, pre/post procedure experience required\n Ability to circulate endoscopy procedures, work in pre-op, and provide recovery care preferred\n No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months\n Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs not accepted\n Additional Information\n \n Utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care\n Maintains professional accountability for patient care provided\n Evaluates the effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers\n Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other hospital departments\n Black scrub color required\n RTO of up to 5 days allowed but must be made up during the assignment\n Local candidates accepted, though bill rate is reduced for those within 50 miles of the facility\n Candidates within 50 miles of the facility are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-736673.
