The Fountain Group is currently seeking a HR Administrator / HR Clerk for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN 46268 . Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Rate : $22 Hourly - ONSITE Title : HR ClerkDuration : 3+ Months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268 Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative, office, customer service, or HR support experience preferred.
- Experience using HR systems (Workday or similar HRIS) preferred.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
- Physical/Work Requirements
- Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.
- Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
