Customer Success Representative Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid) Pay: $75,000-$90,000 annually Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and account growth initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor. Drive customer retention, renewals, and account expansion opportunities. Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new clients and solutions. Monitor account health, usage trends, and customer satisfaction. Conduct business reviews and recommend solutions that maximize customer value. Partner with operations, sales, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing multiple client projects and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Hybrid Schedule: Candidates should expect to work primarily onsite during the first 3-6 months for training and onboarding.
