What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, including meal preparations, service, sanitation, and staffingEnsure residents receive nutritious meals that meet physicians' orders, dietary restrictions, and individualized care plansSupervise, coach, and support dietary team members to promote quality service and teamworkManage food ordering, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls to ensure efficient department operations.Collaborate with department teams to support resident nutritional needs and satisfaction.Qualifications: Documented completion of State-approved Food Services Supervisor Course.Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Certification preferred.Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus!Why Join Care Initiatives?
