Opportunities Await You: Practicum and Internship (Openings for 2026/2027) Join us for a dynamic practicum and internship experience where you will receive training on major theoretical models through role play, case conception, and direct client sessions. Learn “self as a therapist” tools to become a highly ethical clinician. Collaborate with other therapists in a supportive environment that values diversity. Supervision will be provided by an experienced professional. We provide a steady stream of referrals through marketing. An in-house medical biller coordinates benefits and submits claims. An in-house receptionist handles phone, email, and online inquiries and schedules intakes. The team environment is supportive and the office space comfortable. Hybrid schedules are possible if you have a private space for telehealth. In‑person sessions are required; telehealth appointments may be included as needed. Case consults occur biweekly in‑person on Fridays from 11 am to 1 pm, along with intern training and 1:1 support. You must work evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills Ability to receive feedback Great work ethic Flexible schedule to secure required hours (clinic open 7 days a week, evenings and one weekend day each week) Time management skills Self‑awareness Enrollment in a graduate counseling program Counseling skills a+ Fifteen to twenty hours per week are required, including days, evenings, and weekends, for biweekly in‑person consultations on Fridays from 11 am to 1 pm and in‑person appointments. Supervisions are scheduled during business hours. Two weekend days may be required depending on clinic needs and location openings.
