This is a true outpatient primary care opportunity where you can practice comprehensive medicine in a structured, team-based environment designed to support clinical excellence.

The opportunity: You'll step into a Monday–Friday, outpatient-only role focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care. You'll practice with: full clinical support staff, structured workflows, a collaborative team-based model, and administrative systems designed to reduce burnout. This is medicine the way it was meant to be practiced — personal, community-centered, and sustainable.

Compensation & benefits: Base salary starting at $220,000+ (based on experience). Comprehensive benefits include: health insurance (80% employer-paid premium), dental & vision coverage, 403(b) with 5% employer match, 20 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 CME days + $1,500 annual allowance, student loan repayment up to $75,000, tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually, malpractice coverage, license, DEA & professional dues covered, life insurance up to $100,000, short- and long-term disability, employee assistance program.
