Make a Difference Every Day. Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. This hands-on role performs a variety of custodial services while supporting consistent quality and service standards — all while advancing our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. What You’ll Do: Perform daily custodial and cleaning services throughout assigned facilities. Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, workspaces, and other assigned areas. Perform floor care, including stripping and waxing, as assigned. Perform window washing, pressure washing, and other periodic cleaning services. Maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly conditions throughout the facility. Properly use and maintain custodial equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies. Keep custodial equipment and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use. Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with site staff, customers, and others at the facilities. Communicate service requests, changes, or concerns to your supervisor. Assist with special projects and other custodial duties as assigned. What You Bring: Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred. Ability to perform routine and periodic cleaning tasks and follow established cleaning procedures. Ability to safely use custodial equipment, cleaning products, and supplies. Dependable and able to complete assigned work with attention to quality and detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Professional and cooperative approach when working with coworkers and customers.
