A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Aerospace Quality Engineer in St. Charles, MO

As a(n) Aerospace Quality Engineer you will:
 
Day to Day Responsibilities
Provides Quality interpretation of requirements. Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
Conducted investigations of Aircraft electronic and hydraulic nonconformances; Reviewed manufacturing work orders and receiving inspection records for documentation completeness, traceability, and compliance
3-5 years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
2-4 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action
2-4 years of experience with quality systems (e.g., International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100), etc.
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
 
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $65 per hour-$70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
