Home Care experience is highly preferred. Must be willing to work in Milton and surrounding areasQualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university; Must be licensed in the State of Florida Registered Nurse; Should be skillful in organization and in the principles of time management and have knowledge of management processes; Must be able to contribute to the quality of care being rendered through constructive communication with caregivers and staffDuties: Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of new and existing clients; Composes an appropriate plan of care based on the needs of each client; Responsible for caregiver supervisory visits and completes in a timely manner; Performs competency assessments with all new caregivers; Participates in case conference; Adheres to all Federal, state and accreditation requirements including Medicare and Medicaid regulationsCompensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
