Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of RBTs delivering ABA plans created by BCBAs. This role works closely with BCBA and licensed professionals to ensure high-quality services for patients. You will supervise RBTs, help develop and implement treatment plans, train caregivers, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
