Electrical Technician - Sauna Quality Inspection

Job Duties

The Electrical Technician – Sauna Quality Inspection is responsible for ensuring that all sauna units and components meet the company’s quality, safety, and performance standards. This role performs detailed inspections, documents findings, identifies recurring issues, and collaborates closely with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to support continuous improvement and product reliability.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of identifying defects, analyzing trends, and supporting corrective actions to maintain product integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on sauna units and components to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.

Accurately document quality control findings using standard inspection terminology, reports, checklists, and tracking systems.

Monitor recurring production or component issues, identify trends, and communicate findings to engineering and management teams.

Collaborate with engineering to review product specifications, evaluate defects, and support corrective actions.

Work with warehouse and production teams to investigate and resolve issues related to wood panels, electrical components, and overall product quality.

Assist with assembly, setup, and functional testing of sauna units during inspection processes.

Support root cause analysis activities and implementation of corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce defects.

Verify that products comply with company quality standards, safety requirements, and engineering specifications.

Communicate quality concerns clearly and effectively to appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Education Required

High School Minimum

Minimum Experience Required

Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing inspection, electrical assembly, or engineering support preferred.

Experience in wood products, electrical systems, cabinetry, wellness products, or related manufacturing environments is a plus.

Familiarity with quality control terminology, documentation practices, and inspection tools.

Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting preferred.

Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, specifications, or assembly instructions preferred.
