Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab assessments-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance along with calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Sustain a clean and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain a current certification for the duration of employment.
