The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and Ford certification. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Ford Accepted Service Training (FAST) allows you to transfer your existing OEM certification credits towards a Ford Certification. Our average shop production is 130%. Benefits : Pay negotiable based on experience 30 HR a week guarantee Health, Medical and Dental 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family owned and operated Long term job security Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
