Administrative Assistant - Office Support

Support a fast-paced office and keep daily operations moving. Handle records, communication, and data entry. Grow your administrative experience in a stable manufacturing environment.

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, UT

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Provide administrative and clerical support to help keep daily office operations organized and efficient

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company records, spreadsheets, and internal systems

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other business communications professionally

• Prepare, organize, file, and retrieve documents and reports as needed

• Coordinate information between departments and assist team members with routine administrative requests

• Track paperwork, records, and office documentation to help ensure information is complete and accurate

• Assist with scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and other general office support duties

• Maintain a professional, organized, and confidential approach when handling company information

Required:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bilingual

• Basic computer, data entry, and general office skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment

• Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM shift

Preferred:

• Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, clerical, or data entry experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Previous experience supporting an office in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment
