Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead quality control processes for ready-mix operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards* Perform and oversee testing of raw materials and concrete to maintain consistent product quality* Analyze data trends and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize mix performance* Partner with operations and plant teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation aligned with regulatory and company requirements**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated expertise in ready-mix concrete materials, testing methods, and quality control practices* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail* Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams* Proficiency in interpreting specifications, standards, and technical data* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment**Work Environment** This role operates in both office and field settings, including laboratories, production plants, and construction sites. The position involves regular interaction with operations teams and may require travel between locations.
