Senior Oracle PL/SQL & AWS Data Engineer is an Onsite role in Plano, TX NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional, innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us. We are currently seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL & AWS Data Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and database engineering. 3+ years of experience developing and optimizing Stored Procedures, Packages, Query Performance, and Database Tuning. 3+ years of experience working with AWS data services, including AWS RDS Oracle, AWS S3, and AWS SQS. 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/data integration solutions using Informatica, SSIS, DataStage, or comparable tools. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technology field. 5+ years of hands‑on Experience designing and implementing enterprise data retention, purge, and archival solutions. Experience with Apache NiFi for data movement and integration. Knowledge of OpenSearch and/or Elasticsearch technologies. Experience developing cloud‑based data processing solutions on AWS. Experience working with large‑scale data migration, archival, and storage optimization initiatives. Ability to validate, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments. Experience working within Agile teams distributed across multiple geographic locations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Desire and ability to learn and adopt new technologies. Domain experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Management. Consulting experience with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and trusted advisor partnerships.
