Part-time Merchandiser

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI Build and maintain relationships with store personnel Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce Safely perform the physical duties of moving and stocking products Requirements Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides High School Diploma or GED preferred Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Burlington, WI Schedule availability required: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Availability for 25 hrs/wk Start time between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising principles and promotional displays. Capable of performing physical tasks related to stocking and maintaining brand standards in a retail environment.
