Job Summary The Robotic Finisher is responsible for operating and maintaining robotic finishing equipment, performing hand polishing and buffing, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. This role involves loading programs and parts into the robot, conducting minor maintenance, and performing manual finishing tasks to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities L oad programs and parts into the Intec robot for finishing operations Perform minor maintenance such as filling polishing compound and replacing belts Hand buff and polish parts to meet quality standards Inspect and wash orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications Required Skills Proficiency in hand polishing techniques Ability to load and maintain robotic equipment Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing or finishing operations At least 12 months manufacturing experience preferred Education: High School
